The TURBOVAC T50 vacuum packer is the latest generation of the trusted 450STE tabletop machine, specifically designed for efficiently vacuum packing long and narrow products such as whole fish, fillets, and other elongated items. Combining advanced technology, durable construction, and operator-focused design, the T50 delivers professional packaging performance across a wide range of food and non-food applications.

Part of Turbovac’s innovative T-series range, the T50 has been developed to make vacuum packing as simple, efficient, and reliable as possible. Constructed entirely from high-quality stainless steel, including a stainless steel chamber, the machine offers exceptional durability, hygiene, and ease of cleaning, making it ideal for demanding commercial environments.

The T50 features two 320mm seal beams positioned on the left and right sides of the chamber, with an impressive 800mm distance between them. This extended chamber configuration provides ample space for vacuum packing long or multiple products simultaneously. Each seal beam creates a secure double seal, ensuring maximum package integrity and protection. The sealing system can also be easily converted to a seal-and-cut configuration by exchanging one of the sealing wires, offering additional packaging flexibility.

At its core, the T50 is equipped with a high-performance Busch vacuum pump, globally recognised for its reliability and efficiency. The pump’s internal components are specially coated to extend operational life and maintain consistent performance even under demanding conditions.

The advanced control system features highly accurate sensor control, capable of measuring vacuum levels to within 1mBar. This ensures precise vacuum packaging, preserving product quality, freshness, and presentation. The intelligent control panel also monitors service intervals and automatically alerts the operator when maintenance is required, helping to minimise downtime and manage servicing efficiently. Service kits are readily available and include full instructions, allowing straightforward maintenance and reduced long-term operating costs.

Designed for professional reliability, the T50’s electronic components are protected to IP65 standards, offering excellent resistance to water and dust ingress. This ensures dependable performance in busy food processing environments where hygiene and durability are essential.
