TURBOVAC Vac Packer - M80

The Turbovac M80 Vacuum Packer is a powerful and versatile floor-standing chamber vacuum packing machine, designed for demanding professional food packaging environments. As the direct successor to the SB820, the M80 combines durable construction, intelligent controls, and flexible sealing configurations to deliver consistent, high-quality vacuum packing results.

Manufactured from premium stainless steel with a painted aluminium chamber, the M80 is built for durability, hygiene, and long-term reliability. The lid features an integrated viewing window, allowing operators to monitor the packing process for greater accuracy and control during operation.

The machine comes as standard with two seal beams: a 770mm seal bar across the front and a 500mm seal bar along the right-hand side of the chamber. This configuration allows for efficient packing of both large and multiple smaller products. Alternative seal bar configurations are available to suit specific operational requirements.

Equipped with Turbovac’s advanced digital control panel, the M80 features intelligent sensor control as standard. This ensures that every vacuum cycle achieves a consistent vacuum level, regardless of product size or volume. The control system can store up to 10 programmable settings, allowing operators to tailor vacuum and sealing parameters for different product types and packaging materials.

A key benefit of the M80 is its moisture detection capability. The system monitors moisture levels during the vacuum cycle and automatically switches to sealing at the optimal point—just as moisture begins to escape from the product. This helps preserve product weight, quality, and presentation, making it particularly effective for vacuum packing moist foods, fresh produce, and liquids.

The M80 is available with either a single-phase or three-phase electrical supply, offering flexibility to suit different installation environments.
