TURBOVAC Vac Packer - M50

The Turbovac M50 Vacuum Packer is a high-performance, floor-standing chamber vacuum packing machine, designed to deliver fast, reliable, and consistent results across a wide range of food and non-food packaging applications. As the successor to the popular 580STE model, the M50 is part of Turbovac’s advanced M-range, developed to make vacuum packing multiple product types as simple and efficient as possible for operators.

Constructed entirely from premium stainless steel, the M50 offers exceptional durability, hygiene, and ease of cleaning, making it ideal for demanding commercial and industrial environments. The machine features two double-seal bars in a practical ‘L’ shaped configuration, with a 780mm seal beam positioned at the front and a 520mm seal beam along the right-hand side of the chamber. This setup allows for flexible packing options, secure sealing, and efficient handling of both large and multiple smaller products. Alternative seal bar configurations are also available to suit specific operational requirements.

The M50 is equipped with an intelligent digital control panel featuring full sensor control and a computer-assisted vacuum process. This advanced system ensures the same precise vacuum level is achieved for every pack, accurate to within 1 mbar, maximising product shelf life, consistency, and quality. The sensor control technology also improves efficiency by reducing packing time and ensuring optimal results regardless of product size or volume.

Servicing and maintenance are straightforward thanks to the self-diagnostic control system, which monitors performance and alerts operators to service requirements or operational issues. Service kits are readily available and include all necessary components and clear instructions, helping to minimise downtime and maintain peak performance.

For superior vacuum performance, the M50 comes fitted as standard with a powerful three-phase Busch 100m³/h vacuum pump. Busch pumps are globally recognised for their reliability and longevity, with specially coated internal components designed to extend pump life and ensure consistent operation. Additionally, all electrical components are protected to IP65 standards, providing excellent resistance against dust and water ingress for enhanced durability in busy production environments.
