TURBOVAC Vac Packer - M40

The Turbovac M40 Vacuum Packer is a robust and versatile floor-standing chamber vacuum packing machine, designed for professional environments requiring consistent, efficient, and reliable packaging. As the latest version of the highly regarded 580STE, the M40 forms part of Turbovac’s advanced M-range, developed to simplify the vacuum packing of both food and non-food products while maximising efficiency and product quality.

Constructed entirely from premium stainless steel, the M40 offers exceptional durability, hygiene, and ease of cleaning, making it ideal for commercial kitchens, food processors, and industrial packaging operations. The machine is fitted with two 520mm double-seal bars, positioned on either side of the vacuum chamber, providing secure and reliable sealing performance. With a distance of 545mm between the seal beams, the M40 offers excellent flexibility when packing larger items or multiple products simultaneously. The seal system can also be easily converted to a seal-and-cut function by simply changing one of the seal wires, increasing operational versatility.

The M40 features Turbovac’s intelligent digital control panel with advanced sensor control and computer-assisted vacuum processing. This technology ensures every pack achieves the exact same vacuum level, accurate to within 1 mbar, regardless of product size or volume. This precision helps maximise product shelf life, maintain product integrity, and improve overall packing efficiency.

Maintenance and servicing are straightforward thanks to the built-in self-diagnostic system, which monitors machine performance and alerts operators to service requirements or potential operational issues. Service kits are readily available and include all necessary components and step-by-step instructions, allowing for easy routine maintenance and reduced downtime.

The machine is equipped with a powerful Busch 063m³/h vacuum pump, available in either single-phase or three-phase configurations to suit different electrical requirements. Busch pumps are globally recognised for their reliability and longevity, with specially coated internal components designed to extend service life. Additionally, all electrical components are protected to IP65 standards, providing excellent resistance against dust and water ingress and ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.
