The TURBOVAC M20 vacuum packer is part of Turbovac’s advanced M-range, engineered to deliver exceptional packaging performance, precision, and durability for professional food service, butchery, and industrial environments. Built with premium materials and equipped with intelligent sensor technology, the M20 ensures optimal vacuum results while protecting product quality and extending shelf life.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the M20 offers outstanding durability and effortless cleaning, making it ideal for environments where hygiene and sanitisation are critical. Its transparent acrylic lid provides clear visual control throughout the vacuum cycle, allowing operators to closely monitor the packaging process—particularly valuable when sealing moist or liquid products.

At the heart of the M20 is Turbovac’s new advanced control panel, capable of storing up to 10 customised programmes for efficient and consistent operation. The integrated sensor control continuously measures the precise vacuum level within the chamber and intelligently detects moisture evaporation during liquid packaging. When the optimal vacuum level is reached—before product moisture loss occurs—the system automatically proceeds to seal the bag, preserving product integrity, freshness, and presentation.

The M20 features two extra-long seal beams, positioned on the left and right of the chamber, each measuring 520mm and spaced 545mm apart. Each seal beam incorporates dual sealing wires to create a strong, reliable double seal, ensuring maximum protection against leaks and contamination.

To further enhance packaging reliability, the M20 is equipped with a soft air function. This feature carefully regulates the reintroduction of air into the chamber after sealing, allowing the vacuum bag to settle gradually around the product. This is especially beneficial when packaging items with sharp edges, such as bone-in meats, significantly reducing the risk of bag rupture and product damage.
