TURBOVAC Vac Packer - D40

The TURBOVAC Vac Packer D40 is the largest floor-standing double chamber vacuum packer in the Turbovac range, designed for high-volume industrial food processing environments where performance, consistency, and efficiency are essential. Operating on a three-phase electrical supply, the D40 delivers powerful and reliable vacuum packaging performance, making it ideal for butcheries, food processors, supermarkets, and large-scale catering operations.

The machine features an advanced 10-programme programmable control panel, allowing operators to create and store customised settings for different products. This enables fast changeovers between packaging tasks while maintaining consistent results. The integrated sensor-controlled vacuum system ensures every product, regardless of size or volume, is vacuum packed to the exact required level, delivering uniform packaging quality and optimal product preservation.

The TURBOVAC D40 is available with a choice of Busch vacuum pumps, including a 200 m³/h or 360 m³/h option. The larger pump provides faster cycle times for maximum productivity, while the 200 m³/h option offers a more economical solution where slightly longer cycle times are acceptable. For enhanced packaging versatility, the machine can also be equipped with optional gas flush technology, allowing the creation of protective “pillow packs” by leaving a controlled amount of gas inside the package. This is particularly beneficial for protecting delicate products from compression and extending shelf life.

For operations requiring maximum efficiency, the D40 can be configured with four seal beams arranged in a square layout, allowing multiple smaller items to be vacuum packed simultaneously, significantly increasing throughput.
