TURBOVAC Vac Packer - D30

Like all D-range models (except the D60), the D30 vacuum packer is built from stainless steel, including a durable stainless steel chamber. All electrical components are protected to IP65 standards against dust and water, and the chamber is designed for easy cleaning after each use.

The vacuum packer features a digital control panel capable of storing up to 10 programmable settings. Each programme can be customised for different products, helping to minimise downtime when switching between items. The panel also includes sensor-controlled vacuum, allowing operators to set precise vacuum levels for each product, accurate to within 1 mBar. Additionally, the digital display provides service notifications to ensure the machine is maintained efficiently.

The D30 is equipped with four 820mm seal beams, with 700mm spacing between each pair. Two seal beams are installed in each chamber, producing a double seal imprint on every bag or pouch. An optional seal-and-cut feature is available at extra cost, with each wire independently controlled through the digital panel for precise operation.
