TURBOVAC Vac Packer - D30

The TURBOVAC Vac Packer D30 is a high-performance, double chamber vacuum packing machine designed for professional and industrial food processing environments where speed, reliability, and precision are essential. Like all models in the D-range (except the D60), the D30 is constructed entirely from high-quality stainless steel, including a durable stainless steel chamber, ensuring excellent hygiene, durability, and ease of cleaning after each use. All electrical components are protected to IP65 standards, safeguarding the machine against dust and water ingress, making it ideal for demanding commercial environments.

The D30 features an advanced digital control panel capable of storing up to 10 programmable settings, allowing operators to customise vacuum and sealing parameters for different products and significantly reduce downtime when switching between items. The panel also includes sensor-controlled vacuum functionality, enabling precise vacuum levels to be set with accuracy to within 1 mBar, ensuring optimal packaging results for a wide range of products. In addition, the digital display provides service notifications, helping maintain the machine’s performance and longevity through timely maintenance.

Equipped with four 820 mm seal beams, with 700 mm spacing between each pair, the D30 is designed for efficient, high-volume production. Two seal beams are installed in each chamber, producing a secure double seal imprint on every bag or pouch to ensure maximum product protection and extended shelf life. An optional seal-and-cut function is available at extra cost, with each sealing wire independently controlled through the digital panel for precise and flexible operation.
