TURBOVAC Vac Packer - D10

The D10 vacuum packing machine features a swing-over lid balanced on lid springs, allowing the operator to move it effortlessly. Being a double-chamber vacuum packer, it offers a significant advantage over single-chamber models: while one chamber is vacuum packing, the operator can prepare and position the next batch of products in the other chamber, significantly speeding up the packing process.

The fully digital control panel includes sensor-controlled vacuum, accurate to 1 mBar, which continues to pull a vacuum until the preset level is reached. This ensures consistent vacuum levels for every product and can help reduce packing time.

The D10 comes with four seal beams — two in each chamber, positioned at the front and rear. Each beam measures 620mm in length with a 520mm spacing between pairs, creating a double seal on each bag. The machine can also be upgraded with a cut-off wire, replacing one seal element, with each wire independently controlled via the digital panel.

Designed for ease of use, the D10 is simple to clean, maintain, and service. The control panel features a service management system, notifying the operator when maintenance is due. Service kits are available from our website and include all necessary components and a detailed instruction manual.

All electrical components are protected to IP65 standards, safeguarding against dust and water. The vacuum packer is fitted with a high-quality Busch vacuum pump, with all internal components coated for extended durability. The standard pump is 100 m³/h, with an optional 160 m³/h upgrade available for faster cycle times.
