MEDOC - TM32

The Medoc TM32 is a tabletop, size-32 meat mincer constructed from high-quality stainless steel for durability and hygiene.

It is powered by a robust 3HP drive motor with a crown drive transmission, delivering reliable and consistent performance. The large stainless steel feed pan features rounded corners and a dirt-trap-free design to maximise sanitisation and ease of cleaning.

Supplied as standard, the meat mincer includes a manual, plunger, and a 4.5mm mincing plate fitted with a four-bladed knife. Additional plate sizes and alternative knife options are available for purchase via our website or by contacting our spare parts department.

The complete mincing head assembly—including the head, ring, and worm—can be removed in seconds, allowing for fast and efficient cleaning while minimising downtime.

A wide throat enables the mincer to process larger cuts of meat without the need for pre-cutting. When combined with the large feed pan, this allows the TM32 to achieve an impressive throughput of up to 750kg per hour.
