The Medoc ST320-P is a professional-grade pedestal-mounted meat bandsaw, based on the popular ST320 table-top model. The addition of a stainless steel pedestal raises the machine to an ideal working height, making operation safer, more comfortable, and ergonomically efficient for butcher shops and small meat processing businesses.

Constructed from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and sealed to IP65 dust and water protection, this bandsaw is both durable and hygienic. It can be cleaned easily—even with pressure washing—and its blade cleaners are removable without tools, allowing quick maintenance and hassle-free blade replacement.

The ST320-P uses 2340mm bandsaw blades, secured by an automatic blade tensioner, which ensures precise, consistent cutting while extending the life of the blade. The bandsaw comes complete with a product pusher and thickness plate, enabling accurate portioning and high-quality cuts with minimal effort.
