The Medoc ST320 is the largest table-top meat bandsaw in our range, designed for butcher shops and small meat processing businesses that require a reliable, high-performance cutting solution. Manufactured in Spain from stainless steel and sealed to IP65 dust and water protection, the ST320 is both durable and exceptionally easy to clean—even suitable for pressure washing when needed. Its robust construction ensures long-lasting performance while meeting professional hygiene standards.

Ideal for small to medium operations where the bandsaw will be used intermittently, the ST320 delivers precise cutting performance with minimal maintenance. It uses 2340mm bandsaw blades, secured by an automatic blade tensioner that maintains consistent cutting quality and extends blade life. The replaceable blade cleaners can be removed without tools, allowing for quick, hassle-free maintenance and keeping the machine in top condition.

The ST320 comes standard with a half sliding table and a thickness plate, helping operators achieve accurate, consistent cuts. For added flexibility, a product pusher can be supplied instead of the half sliding table, though this option is made to order and may extend delivery times.
