MEDOC - STL600

The Medoc STL600 meat bandsaw is the latest addition to the Medoc bandsaw range. Designed specifically for the meat and fish processing industries, the STL600 delivers exceptional strength and performance, making it ideal for large-scale processing facilities and demanding production environments.

Engineered for durability and ease of use, the STL600 is constructed from premium 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring maximum hygiene, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability. The machine features stainless steel blade wheels with a double-lipped design, preventing blade bounce during operation and providing smooth, consistent cutting performance.

A built-in blade tensioning system allows operators to achieve the correct blade tension quickly and easily, eliminating the risk of over-tightening and helping to extend blade life. Operator safety is a key priority, with IP69-rated on/off and emergency stop buttons, and an integrated safety mechanism that stops the blade within four seconds of pressing the stop button or opening the side doors.

To maintain optimal performance, the STL600 is supplied with several fast-wear blade cleaning kits designed to clean both the blade and blade wheels. These detachable cleaners prevent product build-up and ensure efficient, hygienic operation. They can be removed quickly without tools, and the entire machine is designed to be safely cleaned under water pressure for fast and effective sanitation.

For maximum flexibility, the Medoc STL600 can be configured with the blade positioned on either the right- or left-hand side of the table to suit individual workflow requirements.
