The Medoc STL480 is the largest and most powerful bandsaw in the Medoc range, engineered for high-performance cutting in demanding industrial environments. Constructed from heavy-duty 18/10 stainless steel, the STL480 is designed to deliver outstanding durability, hygiene, and reliability, making it the ideal solution for continuous operation and long production shifts.

Built to the highest standards, the STL480 is fully sealed to IP65 dust and water protection levels, allowing the machine to be safely washed under pressure when required. Tool-free removable blade cleaners and easy-access doors to the wheels and blade ensure fast, efficient cleaning and maintenance, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

The STL480 operates with 3500mm bandsaw blades, securely held in place by an automatic blade tensioner. This tensioning system, combined with the precision table blade guide, prevents blade movement during cutting, resulting in improved accuracy, smoother operation, and extended blade life. Operator safety is a key priority, with integrated safety devices that stop the blade within four seconds of pressing the off switch or opening the machine doors.
