MEDOC - STL430

The Medoc STL430 is one of the largest and most robust bandsaws in the Medoc range, specifically designed for industrial meat processing environments and built to handle long, demanding shifts. The bandsaw features stainless steel pulleys with a double flap design and is fully sealed to IP65 water and dust protection standards, allowing for safe pressure washing when required. The STL430 accommodates a 3155mm bandsaw blade, held securely in place by an automatic blade tensioner, which enhances cutting performance and extends blade life. Removable blade cleaners allow for quick, tool-free maintenance and prevent product buildup along the blade, ensuring smoother cuts and reducing downtime.

For precision and efficiency, the STL430 comes complete with a product pusher or half sliding table and an adjustable thickness plate to improve cutting accuracy. Operator safety is paramount, with a built-in safety device that stops the blade within four seconds.
