The Kolbe MW56-330 is a state-of-the-art addition to Kolbe’s range of mixer grinders, designed to meet the demands of medium to large-scale food processors. Built in Germany to Kolbe’s renowned high specifications, this model combines precision engineering, robust performance, and advanced features to deliver exceptional results.
The MW56-330 comes complete with a hoist and an Enterprise setup for knives and plates, with the option to fit an Unger system (MW160-330) if required. It has an impressive batch capacity of approximately 250 kg, allowing for efficient large-scale processing. Capable of mincing and mixing meat at temperatures as low as -14 °C, it is ideal for handling delicate or frozen products without compromising quality.
The machine features a stepless variable mixing arm powered by a 2 HP motor, providing precise control over mixing operations. The integrated hoist enables continuous operation, achieving a throughput of approximately 2,750–3,000 kg per hour. Kolbe’s precision L&W plates and knives ensure consistent, high-quality mincing every time.
