The Kolbe MW56-200 is a robust, high-capacity mixer grinder designed for commercial and industrial meat processing applications. Launched at the end of 2016 alongside the MW56-330 with hoist, this model is built to deliver consistent, high-performance results while maintaining precise temperature control.
With a batch size of approximately 100 kg, the MW56-200 can handle small meat pieces at temperatures as low as -8 °C, making it ideal for processing delicate or frozen products without compromising quality. The machine is powered by a strong 18.5 kW mincing motor and a 1.5 kW mixing motor, ensuring rapid and efficient processing, while the 200-litre hopper capacity allows for substantial batch throughput.
The MW56-200 offers an impressive throughput of approximately 2,250 kg per hour, supporting high-volume production requirements. It comes as standard with a 56-sized Enterprise system, with the option to upgrade to a Unger system (MW160-200) depending on your operational needs.
