This Kolbe MW56-200 is one of the new models launched by Kolbe at the end of 2016 along with the MW56-330 with hoist. The MW56-200 mixer grinder is has a batch size of approx. 100kg at any one time. The MW56-200 mixer grinder is capable of processing small meat pieces at a temperature as low as - 8 degrees C. the mixer grinder has a strong 18.5kW drive mincing motor and a 1.5kW mixing motor, with a hopper capacity of 200 litres. The MW56-200 mixer grinder has a throughput of approx. 2250kg per hour and comes as standard with a 56 sized enterprise system, with the option to have a unger system fitted instead (MW160-200).
