Application:
The Nowicki W-200B cross feed mincer is designed for grinding both fresh and frozen meat as low as -20'C. The Nowicki mincer has been manufactured to work with full frozen blocks of meat 600x400x200mm, with an angle construction based on two worms, a feeding worm and a cutting worm.
Standard Equipment:
- Complete stainless steel construction, grade 304 (AISI)
- Construction according to CE directives and other safety regulations
- Easy to operate and to clean
- Diameter of throat 200 mm
- Diameter of loading worm: 400 mm
- 1 speed for cutting worm
- Reverse speed of feeding worm
- Grinding worm machined of one piece of stainless steel
- Rotations of the feeding worm are automatically optimised to the speed of grinding worm mechanical charge.
- From operator’s panel - operator controls feeding worm using frequency converter
- All motors are protected against electrical and thermal over-load
- Hydraulic ejector of grinding worm outside body of the grinder
- Stainless steel – hopper mirror – for inspection inside main chute
- 2 stainless steels worms placed at an 90O angle towards themselves
- Security system : safety cover for the cutting tools, security sensors on the lid of the grinder, blocking step – ensures the safe insight to inside the grinder when motors are off.
- The feeding worm is completely removable from the hopper by the special tool
- 3 or 5 pcs of cutting tools – depending on processed product.
- All electrical components are of safety level IP65
- All electrical components are build inside the machine
- Machine with closed bottom on the feet for adaptation to floor demand
- Cleaning trolley that holds the worm and all tools
Output on frozen beef (-18'C) in frozen blocks 150x600x400mm:
- 3mm plate - 1500kg/h
- 5mm plate - 2000kg/h
- 8mm plate - 2300kg/h
- 13mm plate - 2600kg/h
- 20mm plate - 2800kg/h
