Mainland UK Shipping
- FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders over £50.
- Orders received by 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays).
- All delivery dates are estimated and are stock dependent.
- Standard goods are delivered within 7-14 working days. Delivery times for larger machinery may vary. Please contact us if your order is missing after 21 working days.
- Excludes: UK Offshore destinations, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, and certain postcodes.
UK Offshore Shipping
Applies to Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, and specific remote postal codes.
- All delivery costs are calculated dynamically at checkout.
- Delivery transit times may take longer and vary based on your exact location.
Additional Information
All dispatch dates are estimates. While every effort is made to meet these timelines, the seller is not liable for delay penalties or resulting infrastructure losses. Late delivery does not entitle an order cancellation.
Our internal order processing cutoff is 2pm on working days. Requests received after this hour roll over to the next business day.
Transit Damage & Shortages
All cargo is fully insured against loss and damage during transit. Once items have been delivered and signed for, insurance protection transfers to the signatory.
Any shortages or visual damage to received products must be notified in writing to the seller within 3 days of delivery receipt.
Returns Procedure
Purchases from www.msbutcherequipment.co.uk are fully covered by Distance Selling Regulations. Consumers maintain the right to cancel their transaction within 30 days of physical item delivery.
• You may return items in their original condition within this 30-day window if you are unsatisfied with the purchase.
• Our standard policy accepts returns of opened materials only if they are verified as faulty. Full standard refunds cannot be processed simply if product visual expectations differ.
• Non-standard goods—such as special order inventory, items sourced on request, or custom manufacturing options—cannot be cancelled or returned.
• Active orders or remaining log lines can be successfully voided by emailing or calling our help desk before 12pm on the scheduled day of shipping.
