The 1" Polytop (1200mm x 600mm x 25mm) is a food-safe cutting surface manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Non-porous and resistant to moisture, bacteria, and staining, it provides a hygienic and durable work surface suitable for food preparation and light butchery tasks. Available in Blue, Natural (White), Burgundy, Red, and Green to support colour-coded food hygiene practices.

The polytop can be purchased with or without an aluminium stand. The stand brings the surface to a comfortable working height suitable for professional use.
