M&S Butcher Equipment is committed to offering great value. If you find an identical product currently in stock at a lower price from a qualifying UK retailer, we will happily match it before you buy.

How to Request a Match

Identical Items Only

The item must be brand new, in stock, and match the exact brand, model, size, colour, and specification as the product listed on our website.

Qualifying Competitors

We only match prices from official, VAT-registered UK retailers with their own physical stock. We do not match prices from:

• Auction sites
• Market traders
• Third-party marketplace sellers (e.g. Amazon Marketplace, eBay)
• Wholesale or trade-only clubs
• Overseas retailers

Exclusions

Price matches cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code, or loyalty reward. We do not match prices resulting from:

• Clearance or liquidation sales
• Flash sales
• Multi-buy promotions
• Membership-only pricing
• Listings affected by an obvious typographical error

Total Cost Comparison

We compare the full landed cost — the competitor's item price plus their delivery charge — against our own price, to ensure a fair, like-for-like comparison.

Verification and Timing

Price match requests must be made, and the competitor's price verified, before your order is placed. We are unable to apply a price match retrospectively once an order has been completed.

Right of Refusal

To ensure sustainable trading, M&S Butcher Equipment reserves the right to decline a price match if it falls below our cost price, or if we are unable to independently verify the competitor's live listing.
