The Formatic S2000-180 stacker burger machine is the commercial version that will stack up to 4000 burgers per hour. The commercial line of burger machines from Formatic feature stronger motors, wider burger drums (for bigger diameter burgers) maximum diameter of 135mm.

The Formatic S2000-180 Stacker is fitted with a twin form drum standard depth , which is adjustable between 6-24mm in depth. The option of having a deeper drum is available at an additional costs if required, that would be adjustable between 6-34mm. The S4000 machine is fitted as standard with an extended conveyor belt which is 1m in length, a 45 litre hopper with a swivel lid that is fitted with safety magnet that stops the machine from working when the lid is opened. The machine is also fitted with auto wire clean (compressed air required) and auto paper attachment.
