Manufactured by PSV in France, the DRC 32S/98S is available in two cutting system configurations — the UNGER 98 for double-cut performance, or the ENTERPRISE 32 for single-cut mincing — and is driven by a robust 4CH motor engineered for intensive production use.
The UNGER 98 double-cut system delivers a consistently fine, uniform mince at high throughput rates, ideal for operations producing large quantities of product with exacting quality standards. The ENTERPRISE 32 single-cut configuration provides a coarser, more traditional mince that preserves the natural texture and appearance of the meat — a preferred choice for artisan butchers.
