The PSV DRC 114 is a heavy-duty, pedestal-mounted professional meat mincer designed for large-scale butcheries, charcuterie laboratories, and high-volume food production facilities requiring industrial-grade mincing performance and reliability. Manufactured by PSV in France to the highest engineering standards, the DRC 114 is equipped as standard with a double-cut UNGER 3-element cutting system, with the option to upgrade to a triple-cut UNGER 5-element configuration for maximum throughput and the finest possible mince.
The UNGER 3-element double-cut system delivers a consistently fine, high-quality mince at impressive throughput rates, making it well suited to intensive production environments where output and consistency are paramount. The optional UNGER 5-element triple-cut upgrade significantly increases throughput and produces an exceptionally fine, uniform mince, ideal for specialist charcuterie and high-demand food production applications.
