The Formatic R2200/180 burger machine is very similar to the standard R2200 machine, but instead of producing a form every 360 degree turn of the forming drum, it produces a form every 180 degree turn. This increases the capacity of the burger machine to be able to produce 4400 forms per hour.

The R2200/180 burger machine comes with an extended conveyor belt of 750mm in length, automatic paper attachment, automatic wire clean, foot pedal control and a 45 litre goose neck hopper.
