The newly designed Talsa F35s sausage filler is the replacement of the old H31 sausage fillers.

The F35s sausage filler has a robust design with a solid frame of laminated stainless steel. The sausage filler piston plate and lid are also made of thick laminated stainless steel and can be removed completely from the machine for ease of cleaning. The filler has a high hydraulic power which helps to fill the densest and most compact of mixtures. The control and safety gauge as well as the speed control next to the operator.

The F35s sausage filler has auto stop start that works directly from the newly designed knee lever, this results in a reduced power consumption, less heat and noise and extended life of the oil and hydraulic components. The sausage fillers knee lever is now made from soft plastic and is ergonomically designed to be comfortable to use. The knee lever can be fixed to the machine in two orientations to suit the operator's needs. The knee lever can also be locked in descent mode and left alone as when it hits the bottom position the machine automatically turns off.

The Talsa F35s sausage filler has a rectified barrel interior which is now perfectly round, in all stainless steel, even the bottom. The barrel also comes as standard with an internal tube for discharge or air / water, simplified for cleaning.

The F35s sausage filler comes as standard with three stainless steel nozzles with diameters of 12, 20 and 30mm. The filler comes with two adjustable feet and two wheels which are anti-slip.
