The Omega S5 Meat slicer is made from anodised aluminium alloy and has a rounded design for ease of cleaning. The Omega S5 comes with a built in blade sharpening unit that is extremely easy to use and a blade extraction kit to help safely remove the blade for cleaning.

The Omega S5 has a 0.5HP motor which drives the 350mm diameter blade, with the slice thickness being adjustable between 0-15mm. The slicer blade is driven by a poly V belt system. The product support carriage unit is fully removable from the machines body for ease of cleaning.

Using the Omega S5 meat slicer couldn't be easier, simply put the meat on the support carriage lock in the product arm, set the thickness you require then slide the product forward and backwards.
