The Formatic C4000/180 burger machine is the commercial version of the R2200/180 burger machine. The commercial line of burger machines from Formatic feature stronger motors, wider burger drums (for bigger diameter burgers) and product throughput is generally higher.

The Formatic C4000/180 burger machine is fitted with a single form standard depth drum, which is adjustable between 6-24mm in depth. The option of having a deeper drum is available at an additional costs if required, that would be adjustable between 6-34mm. The C4000/180 machine is fitted as standard with an extended conveyor belt which is 1m in length, a 45 litre hopper with a swivel lid that is fitted with safety magnet that stops the machine from working when the lid is opened. The machine is also fitted with auto wire clean (compressed air required) and auto paper attachment.
