Product Information
The Wooden Butcher Block Oil (500ml) is a pharmaceutical grade white mineral oil made for wooden butcher blocks, chopping boards and wooden utensils. It is tasteless, odourless, food safe and non-toxic, so it will never taint the meat or food prepared on your block. Regular oiling keeps the wood nourished and helps stop it drying out, splitting or cracking, protecting your block so it gives you years of dependable use.
Wood naturally loses moisture through daily cutting, scraping and cleaning. The mineral oil soaks deep into the grain to replace that moisture, restoring the natural colour of the timber and helping the surface resist water, meat juices and staining. The bottle has a precision nozzle cap, so you can apply exactly the amount you need with no mess, making it simple to build into your regular block maintenance routine.
