The Butchers Block – 6ft By 2.5ft (180x75cm) is the largest and deepest block in our range, built from solid Black Locust hardwood imported from Italy with all-wood construction and no internal steel reinforcing rods. This is the flagship size for butcheries and processing operations that need maximum working area for carcass breakdown, primal cutting, and high-volume daily prep. An optional stainless-steel stand is available for ergonomic working height.
