Product Information
The Giesser 24cm Butcher Knife with a narrow straight blade is a German-made slaughter and block knife from Giesser of Winnenden. The narrow form keeps the blade steerable while the straight, strong grind gives it the backbone for heavy cutting — the profile used for slaughter work and for breaking down on the block, where a wide blade would be unwieldy and a flexible one useless. The blade is chrome-molybdenum steel hardened to 56–57 HRC, and the red TPE handle stays grippy in wet and greasy conditions while supporting HACCP colour coding, where red is commonly assigned to raw meat.
