The CAS SW-1 Scale is a compact, commercial-grade bench scale built for fast, accurate portioning of mince, trim, sausage and made-up lines. Its stainless steel platter wipes down in seconds and the large 25mm LCD digits stay easy to read at arm's length across a busy bench, switching between kilograms, grams, pounds and ounces at the touch of a button. Ideal for butchers, farm shops and prep rooms alike, it runs from the mains or six D cells, so it keeps working wherever a socket is not.
