The Butchers Block – 4ft By 2.5ft (120x75cm) is a solid Black Locust hardwood chopping block, imported from Italy, with all-wood construction and no internal steel reinforcing rods. Its extra 75cm depth compared to the standard 2ft-deep blocks gives more working surface for larger cuts and two-handed butchery work, while the 4ft length keeps it manageable for most butcher shop layouts. An optional stainless-steel stand is available for ergonomic working height.
