The 2" Polytop (1200mm x 600mm x 50mm) is a heavy-duty, food-safe cutting surface manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). At 50mm thick, it is designed for professional chopping and butchery tasks, offering a robust and durable work surface that is non-porous, resistant to moisture, bacteria, and staining. Available in Blue, Natural (White), and Burgundy to support colour-coded food hygiene practices.

The polytop can be purchased with or without an aluminium stand. The stand brings the surface to a comfortable working height suitable for professional use.
