TURBOVAC Vac Packer - T20

The TURBOVAC T20 vacuum packer is the modern successor to the highly regarded 140ST, offering reliable performance in a compact, space-saving design. As the smallest vacuum packer in the Turbovac range, the T20 is ideal for businesses with limited workspace that require professional vacuum packaging for occasional use.

Manufactured entirely from high-quality stainless steel, including a durable stainless steel chamber, the T20 is designed for longevity, hygiene, and easy cleaning. Its robust construction ensures dependable performance while meeting strict food safety and sanitisation standards.

At its core, the T20 is equipped with a powerful 8m³ Busch vacuum pump, a globally renowned brand recognised for reliability and performance. The internal components of the pump are specially coated to prevent corrosion, ensuring long service life and consistent vacuum performance. The machine completes a typical vacuum cycle in approximately 30–45 seconds, depending on the product and packaging requirements, delivering efficient and reliable results.

The vacuum packer features a simple and user-friendly digital control panel capable of storing one programme. Operators can individually adjust vacuum and seal times using the digital time controller, allowing precise control to suit different products and vacuum bag types. This flexibility ensures optimal packaging quality across a range of applications.

The T20 includes a single 280mm seal beam, providing secure and reliable sealing. The chamber depth from the seal beam to the rear measures 310mm, allowing sufficient capacity for a variety of packaging sizes. The machine operates using a standard single-phase 3-pin plug, making installation straightforward without the need for specialist electrical connections.

With compact dimensions of just 365 x 500 x 340mm, the T20 is perfectly suited to small commercial kitchens, cafés, delis, butcher shops, and food preparation areas where space is at a premium. It is specifically designed for occasional use, providing professional vacuum packaging performance in a convenient countertop format.
