The sausage fillers knee lever is now made from soft plastic and is ergonomically designed to be comfortable to use. The knee lever can be fixed to the machine in two orientations to suit the operator's needs. The knee lever can also be locked in descent mode and left alone as when it hits the bottom position the machine automatically turns off. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Talsa F35s sausage filler has a rectified barrel interior which is now perfectly round, in all stainless steel, even the bottom. The barrel also comes as standard with an internal tube for discharge or air \/ water, simplified for cleaning. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe F35s sausage filler comes as standard with three stainless steel nozzles with diameters of 12, 20 and 30mm.
